Working Hard Even When I’m Hardly Working

This picture of Josephine Baker getting a pedicure seems to summarize me perfectly right now. Not that I’m terribly beautiful or extraordinarily talent – at least not to everyone – *winks* but even natural gifts need gilding, no? I’ve been decorating, hanging pictures and pruning wardrobe and sundry other prune-worthy lifestyle elements *tsks (and laughs) for all those whose minds immediately fell into the gutter* I’ve also been working hard putting the final touches on my next romance, a young adult joint featuring a baby vampire and a young witch who run into a spate of life or death trouble right when true love hits. I hate it when that happens! But it makes for a fabulous story. Mercury, however is in retrograde – or so a coworker tells me – which means I’ve been having the devil’s own time dealing with technical issues. When it’s finally up in the Kindle store, I hope my fans enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. Stay tuned!
