Sexy time between hero and heroine — saint and sinna — should be very, very sexy

Saints and Sinnas CoverI lied, again! Damn. ‘Saints and Sinnas’ is still not for sale. I’m bogus. Please forgive me? I’m working on the whole picture, and putting my writing top of the tree in my life, not just in my mind. Any who, this is not a frickin’ YouTube video on decluttering or living one’s best life — even if that’s what I’m doing lol — it’s a sexy writing blog so let’s get back to that! Sadly, when a savvy career woman falls in love, the whole business often requires extra careful handling

I hope you’re not going too stir crazy during this coronavirus home lockdown we’re currently dealing with. It’s not too bad for bookworms. We like to lay around at the crib and read anyway, so this is heaven. But being forced to, and knowing all of the suffering and drama that’s happening outside your door … Continue reading Sadly, when a savvy career woman falls in love, the whole business often requires extra careful handling

When you date a K-pop idol – even secretly – expect your life to change, and not always for the better

Saints and Sinnas CoverThere’s no rest for the wicked. Now that Sinna has successfully transformed 501K into one of the most beautiful K-pop groups out, their popularity is souring and so are opportunities. But our girl doesn’t have time to wallow in love bites from her Korean cutie because her work load is blowing up along with everything else. Fetish or Personal Trend? How Itaewon Class Restored My Flagging K-Drama Spirits

Recently I asked myself a weird question: fetish or personal trend? I’m referring to my current rather singular taste in Asian talent – for talent read men. I’ve been hyper focused on consuming South Korean media for over a year now, but over the past few months the bloom was fading from the rose rather … Continue reading Fetish or Personal Trend? I give in, darling. Why was I resisting again?

The first time two people make love is almost always special. Hopefully it’s special in a good way. Tan and Sinna’s first time is a culmination of waiting and desire and longing and some game playing – in the very best way. And in today’s blog, which picks up where last week’s left off, our hero and heroine finally sleep together! Yay! Continue reading “I give in, darling. Why was I resisting again?”

When your playing hard to get strategy backfires…big

Saints and Sinnas CoverPlaying hard to get can be an effective strategy in real life and in romantic fiction – until it’s not. In this week’s blog, which picks up where last week’s left off, our hero Tan has come to the end of his frayed and horny tether. Sinna has proven herself to be more than a match for him when it comes to the waiting game a la sex. Continue reading “When your playing hard to get strategy backfires…big”

Talented, beautiful, rich and she’s got your man. Yup, bi@$! you should be pissed.

Saints and Sinnas CoverThere’s a reason most of my heroines – most romantic fiction heroines and heroes period, I think – are rich, talented and easy on the eyes. It makes the book villains absolutely bat shit crazy! That, of course, makes for a more interesting story. Who doesn’t love watching some no good heffa get the metaphoric elbow, am I right? Continue reading “Talented, beautiful, rich and she’s got your man. Yup, bi@$! you should be pissed.”

Female baddies add beauty, spice and hate to a story.

Saints and Sinnas CoverMen and women are different when it comes to fictional villainy. Men are typically villains because they’re cold-hearted, ruthless and have a ton of money with which to do all of the above. Women, can be the same, but our villainy is often rooted in emotion. Plus, we’re often a hair smarter, which enables us to be meaner. Continue reading “Female baddies add beauty, spice and hate to a story.”

Some other countries allow office romance. That may not be a bad thing.

Saints and Sinnas CoverThere’s one key thing about South Korea that has been a boon for my romance writing efforts – office romance is not illegal. It’s still frowned upon, and one should never be too open as it is unprofessional. But if you engage in a bit of nooky – as long as nothing goes bad – you may not get much work done, but you don’t have to worry about getting fired or sued.
